HELP STOP THE CITY OF WINNIPEG FROM BANNING PET BIRDS!

On August 10th, 2021 Winnipeg’s Animal Services Agency with support from extreme animal rights groups proposed a new specialty pet ownership bylaw. Specialty pets include parrots, finches, canaries, small mammals, reptiles, amphibians & fish. If approved, this bylaw would be the most restrictive in Canada, banning almost all commonly kept pets other than cats and dogs.
