This is a common policy among bird toy companies and is in effect for the safety of our customer's birds. By not accepting returns, the threat of dangerous viruses being spread to your bird(s) is eliminated.

We will gladly replace or refund any item that is damaged due to shipping (this has never happened to us yet). Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Correspondence must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
